Retail Properties – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Fechado (FIIF), é gerido pela Carregosa – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A., desde 31 de Março de 2021.

The fund was set up on 18thFebruary 2013 with a seed capital of €10,000,000 and for a term of 10 years, renewable for periods of 5 or more years. Its capital was increased by public offering by €8,138,220€ on 30 December 2015.

On 22nd October 2018, the Fund’s Shareholders Meeting decided to extend its term for another 5 years, until 17th February 2028.

On June 24th, 2022, the Fund performed a second capital increase, by public subscription, of 10.045.074,60€.

The Fund’s aim is to achieve, in the medium and long term, the increasing appreciation of capital through real estate investments by leasing and purchasing for resale.
